We want to see these types of projects on this channel. Architects usually work on a 1500 Sq Ft Plot and call that a small house. I wonder if they have ventured into real Indian urban spaces and see what most people can afford. Big plots with high budgets will bring in fancy elevations and crazy structures. But a real architect should be able to take up small projects and build something great with limited resources. I tip my hat to this architect. Keep making waves, it has an effect.

Gr8 work. I've seen many such projects in Tokyo. If horizontal space is limited one can rise vertical. I liked the movable sieve grill thing. It enable fresh air as well as privacy. Our country needs more such projects where space is costly (Bombay, Delhi etc)

Everyone should be able to build their dream house even in such confined spaces of city with the feature of connecting or keeping privacy as and when needed.
I seriously doubt that is a budget house the materials and finishes and the use of an architect push considerably past what one would consider a budget house in India or any country for that matter. It is however a well executed and handsome small house .

Zenithal lighting concept is such an underrated concept which thankfully has been in use more of late. Great work architects.

The best small space house I have ever seen .But without an elevator,this is virtually impractical for kids and old.Even young would struggle going up and down the entire day.
The house looks modern and beautiful, but the congested streets and close proximity of other houses make it feel cramped. Also, the harsh sunlight and weather is evident in the video.
From my understanding architects refuse to take on such small plot size projects. Nevertheless the end result is beautiful and given the challenges in size of plot ans sharing walls with three neighbouring houses i think the architect and buikding team have done a fabulous job. What was the approx cost in building this home? Your last line was a sure shot winner.😂👍💐
I find compact houses to be quite congested, with limited airflow. As a result, I feel like I can't breathe properly. Plan to buy atleast 1000sqft plots

Kudos to the architect for this thoughtful design. But personally it wont work for me each space is arranged vertically and thinking of using steps just to move from living room to kitchen and from kitchen to bedroom is really hard to imagine.

This is how the urban jungle is prospering,all the 3 sides are packed only the road side is open & no space to exit wind tower would have done a wonderful job here for both air & light,leaving a large scope for much better space management
